镉和锌在元素周期表中为第二副族元素,化学性质十分相似。镉是一种对人体有毒的金属元素,哺乳动物的睾丸对镉的毒性作用比较敏感,易受镉的损害。锌对此却有保护作用。镉和锌的相互拮抗关系及镉中毒机制等问题还未得出明确结论。为此,我们进行皮下注射镉对小鼠血液和睾丸锌铜镉含量影响的观察,为镉中毒的防治提供科学资料。一、材料和方法取昆明种成年雄性小白鼠(体重20—30g),随机分成四组(每组8只),于背部肩胛间区皮下注射给药。对照组:每鼠注射无菌生理盐水0.2ml,各实验组分别注射CdCl_2溶液
Cadmium and zinc are the second subgroup elements in the periodic table, and their chemical properties are very similar. Cadmium is a metallic element that is toxic to the human body. The testis of mammals is sensitive to the toxic effects of cadmium and is easily damaged by cadmium. Zinc has a protective effect. The reciprocal antagonistic relationship between cadmium and zinc and the mechanism of cadmium poisoning have not yet reached a definitive conclusion. To this end, we observed the effects of subcutaneous injection of cadmium on blood and testicles of zinc, copper and cadmium in mice, providing scientific data for the prevention and treatment of cadmium poisoning. I. Materials and Methods Adult male Kunming mice (body weight 20-30g) were randomly divided into four groups (eight in each group) and injected subcutaneously in the interscapular region of the back. Control group: Each mouse was injected with 0.2 ml of sterile physiological saline. Each experimental group was injected with CdCl 2 solution.
