武汉产权交易中心于1997年12月组建,其前身为1988年5月成立的武汉市企业兼并市场,是当时全国最早出现的产权交易市场的雏形。6年来,武汉产权交易中心共受理企业兼并67对,盘活资产2.17亿元,使21918名职工得到了妥善安置,7080名退休职工生活有了保障,44.61万平方米占地面积和30.24万平方米建筑面积得到合理使用,先后调剂闲置资产(设备)900多台套,价值2000多万元,有效地促进了资源、生产要素的合理流动和优化配置,取得了明显的社会经济效益。
The Wuhan Property Rights Exchange Center was established in December 1997. Its predecessor was the Wuhan City Enterprise Merger Market, which was established in May 1988. It was the earliest form of property rights trading market in China at that time. In the past six years, the Wuhan Property Rights Exchange Center has accepted a total of 67 pairs of enterprises and revitalized the assets of 217 million yuan. As a result, 21,819 employees have been properly resettled, 7080 retirees have a guaranteed life, 446,100 square meters of floor area and 022,400 square meters. The building area has been used rationally, and more than 900 sets of idle assets (equipment) have been adjusted, worth more than 20 million yuan. This has effectively promoted the rational flow and optimization of resources and production factors, and has achieved significant social and economic benefits.
