河南省杞县大同中学是1932年由河南省原副省长、著名爱国民主人士王毅斋先生在中共地下党组织的大力支持下创办的。历经70年的风风雨雨,这里孕育出了一批又一批仁人志士,在抗日战争和解放军战争中就有28位大同师生为国捐躯,并培养出了新华原社长穆青、西藏自治区原主席侯杰等地市级以上的高级干部50多人,为祖国的现代化建设作出了卓越的贡献。
The Datong Middle School in Song County, Henan Province was founded in 1932 by the former deputy governor of Henan Province and Mr. Wang Yizhai, a well-known patriotic democrat, under the strong support of the CCP’s underground party organization. After 70 years of ups and downs, there have been a group of benevolent people. In the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the People’s Liberation Army, there were 28 Datong teachers and students who sacrificed their lives for the country and trained the Xinhua original president Mu Qing and the Tibet Autonomous Region. More than 50 senior cadres at or above the municipal level, including former Chairman Hou Jie, have made outstanding contributions to the modernization of the motherland.
