目的:采用动脉造影为临床提供影像学材料。方法:在106侧上肢中筛选臂部动脉干有变异的标本共12侧,用氧化铅(Pb3O4)灌注变异的动脉进行X射线照像。结果:浅肱动脉有9侧,它们到前臂均续为桡动脉。另有3侧为桡、尺动脉高分支。结论:臂部动脉干的双干型变异率为11.3%,其中浅肱动脉占8.5%,桡、尺动脉高分支占2.8%。
Objective: To provide imaging materials for clinical use of arterial angiography. Methods: A total of 106 specimens of upper extremities were screened for variation in the arteries of the arm with 12 sides. Permeable arteries of lead oxide (Pb3O4) were used for X-ray photography. Results: Shallow brachial artery has 9 sides, they are continued to the forearm radial artery. Another side of 3 radial, ulnar artery high branches. CONCLUSION: The rate of double-stem variant of the brachiocephalic trunk is 11.3%. Among them, the brachial artery accounts for 8.5% and the radial and ulnar artery branches account for 2.8%.
