在“大众创业、万众创新”的大背景下,区域性股权市场逐渐成为小微企业发展的重要金融支持力量。然而,目前各地区域性股权市场仍然面临着经营和发展的难题,距离打造中小微企业投融资平台的目标尚有差距。本文基于平台型市场理论,探讨了区域性股权市场的发展策略,研究发现,在区域性股权市场发展的早期,各地股权交易中心可以通过定价策略、华盖用户策略以及分发者策略吸引双边用户。股权交易中心需要采取积极的匹配策略,如构建数据库、设计匹配制度以及坚持创新等,从而增加平台两边用户的活跃性,增强跨边网络效应,促进平台型市场的持续发展。
Under the background of “public entrepreneurship and universal innovation”, the regional equity market has gradually become an important financial support for the development of small and micro enterprises. However, at present, the regional equity markets in various regions still face the problems of operation and development, and there is still a gap from the objective of building a platform for investment, financing, financing for small, medium and large enterprises. Based on the platform-based market theory, this paper discusses the development strategy of regional equity market. The study finds that in the early stage of the development of regional equity market, the equity trading centers around the world can attract bilateral users through pricing strategy, user strategy and distributor strategy. Equity Exchange Center needs to adopt a positive matching strategy, such as building a database, designing a matching system and persisting in innovation so as to increase the activity of users on both sides of the platform, enhance the cross-border network effect and promote the sustainable development of the platform-based market.
