现代有轨电车线网方案评价是现代有轨电车线网规划的重要组成部分,通过合理设置评价目标、准则和指标体系,采用科学的评价方法对现代有轨电车的规划线网方案进行综合评判,有助于优化线网规划成果,提高线网规划的科学合理性。从城市发展、线网功能、线网结构和运行效果等多维度考虑构建评价指标体系,采用熵权系数法进行指标的量化处理与权重确定,采用多级模糊评价理论构建现代有轨电车线网的评价模型,并以南京河西新城现代有轨电车线网评价案例进行实际应用论证。
