在革命战争年代,老区成为抵抗反革命实力、对外扩充发展的革命基地,正是依靠这点点星火,才形成了燎原之势,革命政权发展壮大,最终走上社会主义发展新道路。但由于受资源、地理历史环境和交通不畅等自然条件的影响,老区经济发展缓慢,老区人民长期处于贫困状态,从而影响了社会的稳定和全面建设小康社会、共同富裕目标的实现,因此老区经济的发展成为社会各界乃至党和政府时刻关心的一个重大问题。本文从湖北省红安县的发展状况出发论述了老区在发展道路上的选择。
In the era of revolutionary war, the old quarter became a revolutionary base for resisting the counterrevolutionary forces and expanding abroad for development. It was on this basis that sparked a prairie fire and the revolutionary regime grew stronger and finally embarked on a new road to socialist development. However, due to the natural conditions such as resources, geography and historical environment and poor traffic, the economic development of the old areas is sluggish and the people in the old areas are in a state of poverty for a long time, thus affecting social stability and achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society and a common prosperity. Therefore, Economic development has become a major issue that the community and even the party and government always care about. Based on the development of Hongan County in Hubei Province, this paper discusses the choice of the old district on the development path.
