“以工作过程为导向”的职业教育理论的核心思想是从职业需要的角度出发,以职业岗位典型工作任务为内容开发出工作过程系统化的学习领域课程体系。阐述了基于工作过程导向的课程设计理念及课程设计的过程,提出了符合设计理念的教学模式及相应的课程评价模式。在基于工作过程导向的课程设计工作中作出了探索性的尝试。
The core idea of the vocational education theory based on the work process is to develop a system of learning courses in the work process based on the typical work tasks of the professional post from the perspective of professional needs. The process of course design based on work process orientation and the process of course design are expounded. The teaching mode and the corresponding course evaluation mode that accord with design philosophy are put forward. In the course of work-oriented curriculum design made a tentative attempt.
