本文用金相、电镜、电解分离及X射线相分析、金属薄膜电子衍射等方法,研究了铌基弹性合金Nb-40Ti-5.5Al的组织结构,及其对性能的影响.试验结果如下:该合金铸态为单相固溶体.冷加工70%后,≤400℃保温1h热处理,组织结构及性能皆无明显变化.在550—700℃之间热处1h,出现明显的时效硬化峰.1000℃,1h处理后,为完全再结晶的固溶体组织.再经650—750℃等温处理亦产生时效硬化.晶内析出的强化相为(Nb,Ti)_3Al.650℃等温时效过程出现较明显的晶界沉淀特征.应力促进相析出.时效态合金可出现回归现象.
In this paper, the microstructure of niobium-based elastic alloy Nb-40Ti-5.5Al and its effect on the properties were investigated by means of metallographic, electron microscope, electrolytic separation, X-ray phase analysis and metal thin film electron diffraction.The results are as follows: The alloy cast as single phase solid solution.After 70% cold working, ≤400 ℃ for 1h heat treatment, the structure and properties of both no significant changes in 550-700 ℃ heat 1h, significant aging hardening peak .1000 ℃, 1h after treatment, completely recrystallized solid solution microstructure, and then by the 650-750 ℃ isothermal treatment also produce age hardening.The precipitated phase is (Nb, Ti) _3Al.650 ℃ isothermal aging process appears obvious grain boundary Precipitation characteristics. Stress-induced phase precipitation. Time-aged alloys may return phenomenon.
