目的探讨合适的脂肪乳剂配方,在短时间内形成较稳定的大鼠高脂血症模型。方法采用SD大鼠50只,随即分为对照组(n=10)和模型组Ⅰ(n=20)和模型组Ⅱ(n=20)。对照组普通饲料喂养,模型组两组均普通饲料喂养同时予脂肪乳灌胃(10 ml/kg)。模型组Ⅰ加用丙硫氧嘧啶,观察动物一般情况和血清TC、TG变化。结果10天后,模型组动物血清TC、TG明显高于对照组,形成高脂血症模型,但是模型组Ⅰ与模型组Ⅱ对比,模型组Ⅰ大鼠出现畸形及死亡,而模型组Ⅱ大鼠生活状况良好。结论去掉抗甲状腺素分泌类药物,增加猪油含量,同样也可以造模成功,而抗甲状腺素分泌类药物在造模过程中容易造成模型动物肝脏及淋巴结损伤,增加模型动物死亡率,并且不符合正常血脂代谢过程,以少用或不用为好。
Objective To explore the suitable formula of fat emulsion to form a more stable rat model of hyperlipidemia in a short time. Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10) and model group Ⅰ (n = 20) and model group Ⅱ (n = 20). Control group fed normal diet, model group, both groups were fed the same general feed fat emulsion (10 ml / kg). However, the anti-thyroid hormone secreting drugs can easily damage the liver and lymph nodes of model animals and increase the mortality rate of model animals In line with normal blood lipid metabolism, with less or not as well.
