介绍了电磁场与微波技术课程改革中的3种特色教学手段:将与电磁场、微波有关的物理现象与日常生活实际联系起来,引入电磁场仿真软件以及将课程教学内容与我校民航专业人才培养目标结合起来.这3种手段在教学过程中的运用不仅使难教难学的理论知识变得简单有趣,为学生毕业后快速适应工作岗位打下良好的基础,而且对教师本人科研与教学的结合也起到了促进作用.
