目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎风热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法:将168例化脓性扁桃体炎风热蕴结证患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各84例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加六味解毒饮口服和中药穴位贴敷双足涌泉穴,2组均治疗5天。结果:治疗组的退热时间和扁桃体脓肿的消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在西药治疗基础上加六味解毒饮口服和中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎风热蕴结证,可缩短患儿的退热时间及扁桃体脓肿的消退时间,提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of purulent tonsillitis in children with Accumulation of wind and heat syndrome. Methods: 168 cases of purulent tonsillitis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Liuwei Jiedu Yin oral administration and Chinese medicine acupoint sticking double-foot Yongquan at the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 5 days. Results: The antipyretic time and tonsil abscess in treatment group were shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Based on the western medicine, plus Liu Wei Jie Du Yin oral administration and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsillitis syndrome, can shorten the antipyretic time of children and subsidence time of tonsil abscess and improve clinical efficacy.
