目的了解医学女研究生的社会支持情况,探讨社会支持对医学女研究生心理健康的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对345女研究生进行问卷调查。结果医学已婚女研究生在社会支持总分(40.34±7.52)、主观支持(21.24±5.02)和支持利用度(8.72±1.81)上得分皆高于未婚女研究生(分别为36.38±6.79、18.04±3.73、8.17±1.69),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);来自城市与农村的医学女研究生在对支持利用度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),城市(8.48±1.76)的得分高于农村(7.94±1.62);医学女研究生的社会支持总分、主观支持和支持利用度对其心理健康均呈负相关关系。结论已婚女研究生的社会支持较好,医学女研究生的社会支持对其心理健康有明显的影响作用,加强医学女研究生的社会支持有利于其心理健康。
Objective To understand the social support status of medical female graduate students and explore the influence of social support on psychological health of medical female graduate students. Methods A total of 345 female students were surveyed using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Results The scores of medical support for married female graduate students were significantly higher than those of unmarried female students (40.34 ± 7.52), subjective support (21.24 ± 5.02) and supportive utilization (8.72 ± 1.81) (36.38 ± 6.79,18.04 ± 3.73, 8.17 ± 1.69 respectively) (P <0.05). Female medical students from urban and rural areas had statistically significant differences in supportive utilization (P <0.05), urban (8.48 ± 1.76) (7.94 ± 1.62). Female medical students’ total score of social support, subjective support and supportive utilization were negatively correlated with their mental health. Conclusion The social support of married female graduate students is better. The social support of medical female graduate students has a significant effect on their mental health. Strengthening the social support of female medical graduate students is beneficial to their mental health.
