Objective To detect the expression of miR-150 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and to explore the role of miR-150 in early screening and diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods 110 cases of thyroid diseases in Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected. The expression of miR-150 in thyroid cancer tissues and non-cancerous tissues was detected by Real-time PCR. The clinicopathological data of the patients were recorded. The differences of miR-150 expression between thyroid cancer tissues and non-cancer tissues were compared. Results When setting the mi R-150 expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma as 0.00 ± 0.00, nodular goiter, nodular goiter with adenomatous hyperplasia, nodular goiter with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis Expressed as 1.88 ± 0.48, 1.50 ± 0.35, 1.37 ± 0.34. The expression of miR-150 in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in non-cancerous tissues (P <0.01), but slightly higher in non-lymph node metastatic specimens than in those with lymph node metastasis There is statistical significance. The AUC of miR-150 expression was 0.867. The sensitivity and specificity of miR-150 in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma were 76.2% and 76.7% respectively. Conclusion The combination of miR-150 and other clinical markers may be a new tumor marker for the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. It has a good diagnostic value in differentiating thyroid papillary carcinoma from nodular goiter. The expression of miR-150 and its metastasis No obvious correlation between or not.
