发泡聚苯乙烯((expanded polystyrene,简称EPS)由于具有良好的路用性能及施工便捷简单等优点,在国外得到较为广泛的应用。为减小高速公路改扩建工程新老桥头台背的差异沉降,结合实例工程介绍了EPS的设计及填筑方案。结果表明,EPS能显著减少路堤引起的地基沉降,防止桥头跳车以及台后填土对桥台的侧向作用,提高整体稳定性。
Expandable polystyrene (EPS) has been widely used in foreign countries because of its good road performance and simple construction, etc. In order to reduce the differences between the old and new bridgeheads of the expressway expansion and reconstruction project Settlement and the project of EPS were introduced in this paper.The design and construction scheme of EPS were introduced in this paper.The results showed that EPS can significantly reduce the settlement of foundation caused by embankment and prevent the lateral effect of bridge jumping and abutment filling on abutment and improve the overall stability.
