背景与目的:树突细胞是最重要的抗原呈递细胞,它可以合成和分泌S100蛋白。本研究旨在通过免疫组化技术对S100标记树突细胞的检测,了解声门型喉癌癌周组织中的免疫状况,探讨它与声门型喉癌预后的关系。方法:收集111例有完整病理资料及临床随诊资料的声门型喉鳞癌患者的手术标本,并取17例非肿瘤组织做对照组,用免疫组化技术检测S100标记树突细胞在癌周组织中的表达情况,分析其与声门型喉鳞癌预后的关系。结果:111例声门型喉鳞癌癌周组织中S100阳性占51.35%(57/111),S100阴性占48.65%(51/111)。对照组17例非肿瘤患者的组织中S100表达均为阴性。S100阳性组与S100阴性组的5年累积生存率分别为72.31%、53.91%(P=0.030)。结论:声门型喉鳞癌中,S100标记树突细胞浸润明显者,预后相对较好。
BACKGROUND & AIM: Dendritic cells are the most important antigen presenting cells that can synthesize and secrete S100 protein. The aim of this study was to investigate the immunostaining of S100-labeled dendritic cells by immunohistochemistry and to understand the immune status of peritumoral tissues in the glottic laryngeal cancer and to explore its relationship with the prognosis of glottic cancer. Methods: A total of 111 surgical specimens of glottic laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with complete pathological data and clinical follow-up were collected and 17 non-tumor tissues were taken as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of S100-labeled dendritic cells in cancer Weeks of tissue expression, analysis of its relationship with the prognosis of glottic squamous cell carcinoma. Results: The positive rate of S100 was 51.35% (57/111) and S100 was negative (51/51) in 111 cases of glioma of the glottic. The control group of 17 non-tumor patients in the expression of S100 were negative. The 5-year cumulative survival rates of S100-positive group and S100-negative group were 72.31% and 53.91%, respectively (P = 0.030). Conclusions: The glioma of glottic laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, S100 marked dendritic cell infiltration significantly, the prognosis is relatively good.
