氟哌酸(Norfloxacin)为一新型的喹诺酮类广谱抗菌药,主要用于治疗泌尿系及胃肠道感染,疗效较好,其胶囊的含量测定一般采用甲醇钠滴定,原料和片剂采用高氯酸滴定。本文试用紫外分光光度法测定氟哌酸胶囊的含量,结果满意.一、仪器、药品与试剂紫外分光光度计(日本岛津UV—240型、UV—250型、UV—365型、QR—50型,BeckmanDu—7型,国产751G 型)波长均经校正.氟哌酸(进口分装原料),用无水乙醇回流溶解,活性炭脱色,滤过,放置结晶,同法三次重结晶,用非水法测定其含量为99.84%,薄层检查未见杂质斑点(点样于硅胶H 板,用氯仿—无水甲醇—浓氨溶液(15:10:3)为展开剂,在254nm 紫外灯下检视,呈单一的橙红色斑点).
