简介殷忠民,1961年9月出生,1985年7月东北师范大学学校教育专业毕业,后攻读工商管理研究生班毕业,编审专业技术职务。殷忠民大学毕业后即入职人民教育出版社,曾任教育编辑室副主任、报刊社副社长、人事处副处长、社长助理兼经营管理办公室主任、副社长兼人民教育电子音像出版社社长、副社长兼教材中心董事长和总经理、社党委副书记。现任人民教育出版社社长,并任中国教育学会常务副会长、中国版权协会副理事长。
Brief introduction Yin Zhongmin, born in September 1961, graduated from Northeast Normal University in July 1985 with a degree in school education. After graduating from the postgraduate course in business administration, he is a professional editor in charge of professional and technical positions. Yin Zhongmin graduated from the university after graduating from the People’s Education Publishing House, served as deputy editor of education, vice president of newspapers and periodicals, deputy director of personnel, assistant director and director of the Office of Management, vice president and people’s education electronic audio-visual press President, vice president and teaching materials center chairman and general manager, deputy party secretary. The current president of People’s Education Press, and served as executive vice president of China Education Society, vice president of China Copyright Association.
