本研究对ZL-9601赖氨酸生产菌菌株的形态、培养特性和生理生化特性进行了初步鉴定和分析,并以糖蜜为主要原料,初步确定了该菌的产酸能力。结果表明,该菌为短杆菌(0.8~1.0×1.0~2.5μm),需氧,发酵最适温度30℃,最适pH7.0~7.2,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为硫酸铵;该菌不分解赖氨酸,可耐15%的赖氨酸,耐30%的葡萄糖。以糖蜜为主要原料,在最适温度和pH的条件下,产酸可达6%以上。
In this study, the morphology, culture characteristics and physiological and biochemical characteristics of ZL-9601 lysine-producing strain were preliminarily identified and analyzed, and the ability of acid-producing of the strain was primarily determined by using molasses as the main raw material.
