目的观察计算机辅助认知训练改善脑外伤患者认知及独立性功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 76例具有认知及独立性功能障碍的脑外伤患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各38例,对照组给予常规康复训练方法 ,治疗组加用计算机辅助训练,治疗3周后观察疗效。结果两组患者的简易智能量表(MMSE)评分、洛文斯顿认知功能评定量表(LOTCA)评分、功能独立性评定(FIM)评分较治疗前均有增加(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组增加明显(P<0.05)。结论计算机辅助认知训练能够改善脑外伤患者认知及独立性功能障碍。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of computer-assisted cognitive training in improving cognition and independence dysfunction in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 76 patients with traumatic brain injury with cognition and independence dysfunction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training. The treatment group was treated with computer-aided training and observed after 3 weeks of treatment Efficacy. Results The scores of MMSE, LOVCA and FIM in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05) Group than the control group increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Computer-assisted cognitive training can improve cognition and independence dysfunction in patients with traumatic brain injury.
