Objective To understand the status of pulmonary tuberculosis in HIV-infected and AIDS-infected patients and provide the basic information for the prevention and control of HIV / TB double infection. Methods A total of 11 HIV / AIDS patients and 11 HIV / AIDS patients were followed up in 11 counties and districts. CD4 cell count, PPD test, anteroposterior X-ray and sputum smear microscopy were also performed. Results The prevalence of tuberculosis was 3.9% in 622 subjects and 54.2% in double-infection patients. The positive rate of PPD in HIV / AIDS patients was 19.0%. The positive rate of PPD increased with the increase of CD4 count high. Conclusions The prevalence of tuberculosis in HIV / AIDS patients is higher than that in the general population, and the positive rate of PPD is lower than that in the general population. The less CD4 cells, the lower the positive rate of PPD.
