岩薯5号不同处理及其变异株系(龙薯3号)同工酶变化探讨

利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直凝胶板电泳分析技术 ,对不同处理后的甘薯品种岩薯 5号及其变异株系 (现已命名为龙薯 3号 )的叶片中 3种同工酶进行测定。结果表明 ,同一品种 ,经脱毒处理后的样品 ,其酯酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶活性均有一定程度的增强 ;过氧化物酶同工酶的活性变化与样品的抗病性具有一定的联系 ;岩薯 5号变异株系 (龙薯 3号 )在过氧化物酶同工酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶谱上均出现一条特征谱带 ,表现出较明显的品种差异 The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis was used to determine the content of three isoenzymes in leaves of different treated sweet potato variety Yanzhu 5 and its mutant line (now named Longshu 3). The results showed that the esterase and cytochrome oxidase isoenzyme activities of the same variety and the detoxified samples all increased to some extent. The changes of peroxidase isozymes and the disease resistance of the samples had But there was a certain relationship between Yanzhu 5 mutants (Longshu 3) and the peroxidase isozymes and cytochrome oxidase isoenzymes, showing a more obvious variety difference
