目的研究血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在结肠癌组织中的表达情况、相互关系及其与病理分级的相关性。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法分别检测VEGF-C、COX-2在结肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠组织中的表达情况,分析两者关系及两者与结肠癌病理分级、淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果①在正常结肠组织两者均未见明显表达,结肠腺瘤组织中VEGF-C蛋白不表达,COX-2阳性表达率为33.33%;在结肠癌组织中,VEGF-C的阳性表达率为58.8%,COX-2阳性表达率为68.8%;②VEGF-、CCOX-2的表达与结肠癌的Dukes分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关;③在VEGF-C阳性表达组中,COX-2的阳性表达率为87.23%;在VEGF-C阴性表达组中,COX-2阳性表达率为41.8%.VEGF-C表达与COX-2表达呈正相关(r=0.433,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C和COX-2在结肠癌中高表达,参与结肠癌的发生、浸润及转移,可以作为判断结肠癌生物学行为的重要指标,可能为结肠癌的诊断和治疗提供一种新的有效途径。
