目的:随着人类寿命的延长,越来越多的人们开始关注健康。本文总结了有关颌骨骨质疏松的研究成果,探讨阻止或延缓颌骨骨质疏松发生的原因,改善人们的生活质量。资料来源:应用计算机检索清华同方数据库1991-01/2005-05关于颌骨骨质疏松的相关文献,检索词为“骨质疏松,上颌骨,下颌骨”,限定语言类型为中文。同时计算机检索Medline1975-01/2005-05的相关文献,检索词为“osteoporosis,mandiblebone,alveolarbone”,并限定语言种类为英文。资料选择:从资料中选取包括颌骨骨质疏松研究数据的文献。纳入标准:所有关于颌骨骨质疏松研究的随机对照试验、药物负荷试验和药物疗效临床试验;研究群体包括人类和动物。排除标准:综述类文献,没有对照组文献。资料提炼:共收集到182篇关于颌骨骨质疏松的文献,36篇符合纳入标准。排除的146篇是重复的同一药物疗效研究。资料综合:符合纳入标准的36篇文献,包括了5321例患者和152例动物,从年龄、性别、激素、咬合力、体育锻炼以及生活习惯等方面分别对影响颌骨骨质疏松的因素进行研究,其中6篇是动物切除卵巢后进行的干预试验。结论:颌骨骨质疏松是全身骨矿丢失的一部分,受年龄、性别、激素、咬合力、体育锻炼以及生活习惯等因素的影响。
Objectives: With the extension of human life expectancy, more and more people begin to pay attention to health. This article summarizes the research results on the osteoporosis of the jaw, discusses the reasons that prevent or delay the occurrence of osteoporosis of the jaw, and improves people’s quality of life. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Tsinghua Tongfang database was conducted on the related literature of jaw osteoporosis from January 1991 to May 2005 with the search term of “osteoporosis, maxilla and mandible.” The Chinese language was defined as Chinese. At the same time, computer searches Medline1975-01 / 2005-05 related literature, the search term is “osteoporosis, mandiblebone, alveolarbone”, and the limited language type is English. Data Selection: Select from the data including research data on jaw osteoporosis. Inclusion criteria: All randomized controlled trials on mandibular osteoporosis, drug loading trials and drug efficacy clinical trials; study population included humans and animals. Exclusion criteria: a review of literature, no reference literature. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 182 articles on jaw osteoporosis were collected and 36 articles met the inclusion criteria. The 146 excluded articles were duplicates of the same drug efficacy study. DATA SYNTHESIS: Thirty-six articles that met the inclusion criteria, including 5321 patients and 152 animals, were studied for factors influencing osteoporosis of the jaw separately from age, sex, hormone, bite force, physical activity and lifestyle , Of which 6 were intervention trials after ovariectomy in animals. Conclusion: Osteoporosis of the jaw is a part of the bone loss in the whole body. It is influenced by factors such as age, sex, hormone, bite force, physical exercise and living habits.
