根据自治区党委宣传部的统一安排,2012年8月6日至11日,由自治区新闻出版局、妇联、文联、社科联、团委等部门有关人员组成6个调研组分赴喀什地区、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、吐鲁番地区、阿勒泰地区、伊犁哈萨克自治州,按照“基层实际需求,群众实用要求,工程实效作用”的要求,围绕“东风工程”和农家书屋工程(以下简称“两个工程”)赠阅出版物在基层作用的发挥、各族群众对赠阅出版物的需求意见以及制约工程作用发挥的因素等问题,进行了认真调研。现将调研情况报告如下。
