对于平面曲柄摇杆机构,要同时兼顾最佳传动性与最小结构尺寸往往是非常困难的.针对常规优化难以寻得最优解的问题,建立了以传动性最好和结构尺寸最小的优化模型,运用模糊理论和方法获得了最优解,解决了这一难题.文中最后给出了一个设计实例.
For the plane crankshaft rocker mechanism, it is often very difficult to balance the best drivability with the minimum structural size. In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to find the optimal solution in the conventional optimization, an optimal model with the best transmission and the smallest structure size is established. The optimal solution is obtained by using the fuzzy theory and the method to solve the problem. Finally, a design example is given in the paper.
