利用扫描电镜及能谱仪等现代测试仪器,对4135D-1型柴油机连杆断裂失效进行了综合分析,结果表明,其断裂原因系连杆杆部加强筋处的锻造裂纹及材料内部的块状夹杂物所致。其断裂性质为脆性疲劳断裂。
The failure analysis of 4135D-1 diesel engine connecting rod is carried out by using modern testing instruments such as SEM and EDS. The results show that the fracture reason is the forging cracks in the connecting rod stiffener and the lumps in the material Inclusion caused. Its rupture property is brittle fatigue fracture.
