目的:建立测定复方紫草油中β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁含量的方法。方法:采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水-甲酸(700:300:0.5),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:275 nm,柱温:25℃,进样量:10μl。结果:β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁在5.2~104.0μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.23%(n=6)。结论:此方法操作简便、专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of β, β’-dimethylacryloylacain in compound rhizome oil. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water - formic acid (700: 300: 0.5) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1 using a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, , Detection wavelength: 275 nm, column temperature: 25 ℃, injection volume: 10μl. Results: There was a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) for β, β’-dimethylacryloxacin concentration in the range of 5.2 ~ 104.0μg · ml ~ (-1) with an average recovery of 100.2% , RSD was 1.23% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, specific, sensitive, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
