对真空灭弧室在火花老炼处理前后的绝缘强度变化进行了实验研究,从老炼过程中放电与电极表面的相互作用出发,探讨了大花老炼对提高灭弧室耐压水平的作用机理,分析了影响火花老炼作用效果的诸因素的作用,着重讨论了放电能量对稳定击穿电压的影响,指出放电能量不足是引起冲击火花老炼失效的主要原因。文中还对火花老炼引起的电极材料的二次冶金效应进行了分析。
The changes of the dielectric strength of the vacuum interrupter before and after the sparking process were studied. The interaction between discharge and the electrode surface in the aging process was discussed. Mechanism. The effects of various factors that affect the effect of spark aging are analyzed. The effect of discharge energy on the breakdown voltage is also discussed. It is pointed out that the lack of discharge energy is the main reason for the failure of spark spark aging. The paper also analyzes the secondary metallurgical effect of electrode material caused by spark aging.
