目的:以2个国家良种金银花为研究材料,研究不同干燥技术对良种金银花不同生育阶段花蕾及花中9种活性成分含量的影响。方法:金银花鲜样分别用变温烘干、微波干燥、高温杀青、阴干4种方法干燥后,经70%乙醇超声提取、过滤,用HPLC色谱法测定绿原酸等9种活性成分的含量。结果:微波干燥和阴干条件下生产的金银花产品活性成分含量较高,其次为变温烘干干燥方法,高温杀青条件下生产的金银花产品质量最差。结论:比较实际生产、加工效率、加工成本、产品质量等指标,在良种金银花大面积栽培前提下,变温干燥为良种金银花的最佳产地加工方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different drying techniques on the contents of nine active ingredients in flower buds and flowers of honeysuckle at different stages of growth in two countries. Methods: Fresh honeysuckle honeysuckle dried by microwave drying, microwave drying, high temperature drying and drying were respectively extracted with 70% ethanol and filtered. The contents of chlorogenic acid and other 9 active ingredients were determined by HPLC. Results: The contents of active ingredients in honeysuckle produced under microwave drying and in the shade were higher, followed by the drying and drying method with variable temperature. The quality of honeysuckle produced under the condition of high temperature was the worst. Conclusion: Compared with the actual production, processing efficiency, processing costs, product quality and other indicators, honeysuckle cultivation in a large area under the premise of variable temperature drying as the best seed honeysuckle processing methods.
