在静坐及轻、中度体力负荷下,用辨别阈限法测定了6名健康男性IR负荷的辨别阈梯级,并以2、4JND感觉单位的平均IR为参照,测出不同阻力匹配的ERC,其呼吸感觉量则分别由MES、CS进行评量。主要结果:①在静坐及轻、中度体力负荷下,范围为27.6~165.0mmH_2O·L~(-1)·S的IR,共包含5个JND梯级。②在3种体力负荷下,JND感觉单位与物理或生理刺激量间均呈指数函数关系。③用两种心理量表实测呼吸感觉量值表明,JND感觉单位与由MES测得的结果呈凹向上的指数函数关系,而与CS之结果则呈凹向下的指数函数关系,前者较能正确反映感觉量的增长规律。④在体力负荷下测得的ERC与静坐时的趋势大致相同,在具有等感关系的五种不同阻力匹配中,相对不适感程度,依次为IR>ER>CR。
The thresholds of IR discrimination of six healthy men were determined by the threshold of discrimination method under the conditions of sitting and light and moderate physical load. The mean IR of 2,4 JND sensory units was taken as the reference to determine the ERC with different resistance matching. The amount of respiratory sensation was evaluated by MES and CS respectively. MAIN RESULTS: ①In the range of 27.6-165.0 mmH 2 O · L -1 (-1) · S, there are 5 JND steps in sit-in and mild to moderate physical load. ② Under the three kinds of physical load, JND sensory units and the physical or physiological stimuli showed an exponential function. ③ Measurement of respiratory sensory values by two kinds of psychometric scales showed that the JND sensory units showed a concave upward exponential function as measured by MES and a concave downward downward exponential relationship with CS, Correctly reflect the amount of growth of the law. ④ The ERC measured under physical load is roughly the same as that at sitting, and the relative degree of discomfort in the five different resistance matches with isosceles is IR> ER> CR.
