角膜新生血管形成是导致盲目的常见原因之一,眼科界一直在对其进行研究。但至今,对角膜新生血管形成的机制不甚清楚。随着人们对白细胞介素的研究和认识,发现白细胞介素1在多种疾病中参与其发展过程,而重组人白细胞介素1获得成功,使对其在角膜新生血管中的作用进行初步研究,显示白细胞介素1有较强诱发角膜折生血管的作用,为研究新生血管性疾病提供了新的途径。现对有限的文献进行综述。
Corneal neovascularization is one of the common causes of blindness and has been studied by the ophthalmological community. But so far, the mechanism of corneal neovascularization is not clear. With the research and understanding of interleukins, it has been found that interleukin-1 is involved in the development of many diseases, and that recombinant human interleukin-1 is successfully obtained, making its preliminary study in the role of corneal neovascularization. Shows that interleukin-1 has a stronger role in eliciting corneal detached blood vessels, providing a new approach for the study of neovascular diseases. The limited literature is now reviewed.
