采用免疫器官称重法,溶血素形成,脾抗体分沁细胞(PFC),脾特异性玫瑰花形成细胞(SRFC)及肿瘤相伴免疫等方法,观察河南省医药工业研究所提供的香菇多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响,发现香菇多糖对胸腺及脾重没有明显影响,但可提高溶血素形成,PFC及SRFC细胞数,并可纠正环磷酰胺所引起的免疫抑制作用。香菇多糖对以肿瘤相伴免疫为指标的T细胞免疫反应亦有一定兴奋作用,并可纠正环磷酰胺所引起的细胞免疫抑制。
Using immune organ weighing method, hemolysin formation, spleen antibody delivery cells (PFC), spleen-specific rose forming cells (SRFC) and tumor-associated immunity, observe the lentinan supplement provided by the Henan Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. The effect of immune function in mice showed that lentinan had no significant effect on thymus and spleen weight, but it could increase the number of hemolysin, PFC and SRFC cells, and correct the immunosuppressive effect caused by cyclophosphamide. Lentinan has certain excitatory effects on T-cell immune response with tumor-associated immunity as an indicator, and can correct cytoimmuno-suppression caused by cyclophosphamide.
