】通过对100m途中跑支撑时摆动腿摆动和骨盆转动技术的分析,得出:支撑摆动包括:支撑腿在着地缓冲阶段的摆动和后蹬阶段的摆动。其中,着地缓冲阶段的摆动包括:体前支撑时的体后摆动、支撑面上方支撑时的体前摆动、体后支撑时的体前摆动;后蹬阶段的摆动是体前摆动。骨盆是以支撑腿的髋关节为轴,在盆带肌收缩产生肌拉力作用下,协同摆动腿的摆动特点而围绕髋关节转动。体前支撑时,摆动腿摆动和骨盆转动所产生的向后水平方向作用力,使人体获得的水平支撑反作用力,因小于人体受到的水平方向阻力,人体作减速运动
