近年来,我国包装工业发展迅速,自动瓦楞纸板生产线逐渐普及,使我国的瓦楞纸箱从产量到质量都跃上了一个新的台阶。然而相当一部分瓦线在前期设计及投入使用后未将高温凝结水回收,高温凝结水白白流失,造成较大的能源浪费,一些中小型企业新上的瓦线,由于技术、资金等因素的限制,投产后也迟迟未将高温凝结水回收纳入工作日程。实际上高温凝结水的回收是-项比较成熟的技术,投资额不大,投资回报率较高。目前国内已有成套的凝结水回收装置成品,如辽宁能源研究所、安徽蒙城机械制造总厂都已生产出带自动控制的高温凝结水回收设备,为了让大家对凝结水回收技术有一个初步的了解,现将凝结水回收作一简单的介绍。
