目的:建立一种大蒜提取物中总皂苷含量的测定方法。方法:以知母皂苷A-Ⅲ为对照品,香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定大蒜提取物中总皂苷含量。结果:知母皂苷A-Ⅲ在20.16~181.44μg与吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=4.839X+0.066,r=0.999 5(n=9),平均回收率100.6%,RSD 1.5%。结论:该方法简单,准确性、重复性良好,可作为大蒜提取物中总皂苷质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total saponin in garlic extract. Methods: The timosaponins A-Ⅲ as a reference substance, vanillin - perchloric acid colorimetric determination of total saponin content of garlic extract. Results: The linear range was 20.16 ~ 181.44μg. The regression equation was Y = 4.839X + 0.066, r = 0.999 5 (n = 9). The average recoveries were 100.6% and RSD 1.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as a method for quality control of total saponins in garlic extract.
