以江苏省、浙江省、上海市为核心组成的中国长三角地区一直是中国经济靓丽表现的重要引领地区,因此,探寻该地区的经济增长质量动态演化规律及其影响因素具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。本文在长三角地区增加值率及其影响因素分析基础上,提出提升长三角地区经济增长质量应正确处理好数量增长与质量增长之间、政府与市场之间以及区域内部与外部之间的协同关系,并给出以下重点措施:第一,以人口政策、固定资产折旧政策为依据,以扩大需求为目标,深化制度性改革,完善提升长三角地区经济增长质量的长效机制;第二,以产业结构升级为导向,以贸易结构优化为重点,以所有制结构调整为突破口,深化结构性改革,完善长三角地区经济增长质量提升的路径依赖;第三,以创新发展战略为根本动力,以核心城市发展战略为纽带,深化战略性改革,完善提升长三角地区经济增长质量的基本条件。

Third, taking the innovation and development strategy as the fundamental driving force, Core city development strategy as a link, deepen the strategic reform, and improve the basic conditions for improving the quality of economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta.
