本文针对中资金融机构10亿美元对非中小企业发展专项贷款时面临的项目储备不足和管理不足等问题,探讨了“共同牵头、母子合同、风险共担、杠杆作用”的境内外金融机构共同支持非洲中小企业发展的银团模式。该银团模式以问题为导向进行了银团、转贷和非洲中小企业嫁接的微创新,通过物理嫁接实现化学反应,对于境内金融机构发挥各自优势支持国内中小企业发展有借鉴意义,在共同牵头、母子合同以及风险控制等方面可以进行延伸探讨。
