本刊59年第l期发表了用土铁制造“土”球墨铸铁的初步总结(碱性化铁炉)一文。其中炉衬材料部分(1)冲天炉——熟白云石100%,5%盐卤,l%食盐及适当水分等,我认为不一定恰当。我们知道碱性炉衬常用材料为镁砂或白云石。镁砂经煆烧后不易水解,可以盐卤拌和摏打而成。但白云石经高温煆烧后一般含sio_2小于3%,含MgO大于35%,而含CaO则在57%以上。由于白云石中含有较多的氧化钙,遇潮湿易于水解,因而摏打白云石炉衬时,宜用无水焦油沥青(沥青焦油此约7:
