目的　探讨膀胱癌数字减影血管造影表现及血管内介入治疗效果。方法　 96例膀胱癌均行两次髂内动脉灌注化疗 ,并于治疗前后行髂内动脉造影及B超、膀胱镜检查。结果　多血管型 5 4例 (5 6 .2 % ) ,少血管型 42例 (43 .8% )。治疗后 ,完全缓解 2 0例 ,部分缓解 5 5例 ,无效 2 1例 ,总有效率为 78.1%。结论　数字减影血管造影及介入治疗是膀胱癌有效诊断和非手术治疗的一种方法 Objective To investigate the performance of digital subtraction angiography and intravascular interventional therapy in bladder cancer. Methods 96 cases of bladder cancer were treated with internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy two times before and after the treatment of internal iliac artery angiography and B-, cystoscopy. Results There were 54 cases (56.2%) with multiple vessels and 42 vessels (43.8%) with less vessels. After treatment, 20 cases were completely relieved, 55 cases partially relieved, and 21 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 78.1%. Conclusions Digital subtraction angiography and interventional treatment are effective methods for diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of bladder cancer
