一、产生生长抑素(SS)的细胞产生 SS 的细胞主要有分布在胰和消化道粘膜的 D细胞,甲状腺细胞,中枢神经系统的一些神经元和神经纤维。(一)胰岛 D 细胞1931年 Bloom 发现了人胰岛中的 D 细胞。1960年确定为胰岛中的第三种内分泌细胞,其后证实动物胰岛的 C 细胞与之实为同一细胞。通过电镜观察和免疫化学研究发现 D 细胞的分泌颗粒具有对 SS 抗体的免疫原性。1975年确认 D 细胞分泌的激素就是 SS。D 细胞分泌颗粒的特征是在灰色内含物与膜之间看不到间隙,这种颗粒构造是 D 细胞与其他细胞区别的标志。D 细胞究竟受哪种神经支配并不明确。(二)消化道粘膜的 D 细胞:15年前人们就发现了消化道亦有与胰 D 细胞相同

(A) Islet D Cells In 1931, Bloom discovered D cells in human islets. The third endocrine cell in islets was identified in 1960 and later confirmed that the C cells of the islet of animals are actually the same cells. Electron microscopy and immunochemical studies revealed that D-cell secreting particles have immunogenicity to SS antibodies. The hormone that confirmed D cell secretion in 1975 is SS. The feature of D-cell secreting particles is that there is no gap between the gray content and the membrane. This granule construction is a hallmark of D-cell differentiation from other cells. What kind of innervation of D cells is not clear. (B) of the digestive tract mucosal D cells: 15 years ago, people found that the digestive tract is also the same with pancreatic D cells
