目的探讨太原市城区初一学生健康相关生存质量现状及其影响因素,为改善中学生的生存质量提供参考。方法应用儿童生存质量测定量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)对分层随机整群选取的643名太原市初一年级学生进行问卷调查。采用结构方程模型探讨心理健康状况、家庭环境和父母文化程度对初一学生健康相关生存质量的影响。结果初一年级学生生存质量总分平均(82.96±10.71)分,其中情感功能得分最低,且有19.57%的学生低于60分。心理健康状况、家庭环境和父母文化程度对初一学生生存质量有直接影响,标准化系数分别为-0.748,0.218,0.051(P值均<0.05)。家庭环境通过心理健康状况中间变量对生存质量产生间接影响,标准化系数为0.250(P<0.05)。结论中学生生存质量与心理健康、家庭环境和父母文化程度有密切关系。
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of health-related quality of life of first-year students in Taiyuan city and provide reference for improving the quality of life of middle school students. Methods A total of 643 freshmen in Taiyuan City, a randomized, stratified randomized study, were surveyed by using SCL-90 and FES-CV questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to investigate the effect of mental health, family environment and parental education on the health-related quality of life of first-year students. Results The first grade students’ average quality of life scores were (82.96 ± 10.71) points, of which the emotional function score was the lowest, and 19.57% of the students were lower than 60 points. Mental health status, family environment and parents’ educational level had a direct impact on the quality of life of first-year students. The standardized coefficients were -0.748, 0.218 and 0.051, respectively (all P <0.05). The family environment indirectly influenced the quality of life through the intermediate variables of mental health status with a standardization coefficient of 0.250 (P <0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of middle school students is closely related to mental health, family environment and parents’ education.
