目的观察一种植物消毒剂气溶胶喷雾对空气中细菌杀灭效果。方法采用空气微生物采样器采样和细菌培养方法,在实验室进行了杀菌效果检测。结果制备出的植物消毒剂为含熊果酸436.43μg/ml的乙醇提取液。用该植物消毒剂原液按10 ml/m3用量,进行气溶胶喷雾,密闭作用30 min,对试验柜内空气中白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.80%;喷雾后密闭作用60 min,平均杀灭率为99.94%。结论该植物消毒剂进行直接气溶胶喷雾对试验柜内空气中细菌繁殖体具有一定杀灭效果。
