目的探讨X线铅汞刻度尺在肢体等大测量X线摄影中的应用价值。方法收集下肢全长X线摄影患者100例,髋关节等大X线摄影患者50例,肩关节等大X线摄影患者50例,在分次曝光技术基础上加用X线铅汞刻度尺,测量刻度尺影像放大率及畸变率,分析其测量准确性。论证X线摄影专用铅汞刻度尺在肢体等大全长X线摄影中的可行性及科学性。结果 200例患者的放大率均≤110%,畸变率均≤6%。100例下肢全长X线摄影,成功拼接98例(98.0%),患者移动造成拼接不良2例(2.0%),刻度尺准确测量99例(99.0%)。50例髋关节正侧位摄影,刻度尺准确测量49例(98.0%)。50例肩关节正位等大X线摄影,刻度尺准确测量48例(96.0%)。结论 X线摄影刻度尺作为X线摄影辅助介质,与肢体全长摄影技术及等大测量摄影相结合,对数字X线影像测量准确性较高,具有一定临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of X-ray lead-mercury scale in X-ray photography of limbs. Methods 100 cases of lower extremity X-ray photography, 50 cases of large X-ray photography such as hip joint and 50 cases of large X-ray photography such as shoulder joint were collected. On the basis of fractional exposure technique, Measurement scale magnification and distortion rate, analysis of its measurement accuracy. To demonstrate the feasibility and scientificity of X-ray photography dedicated lead-mercury scale in limbal X-ray photography. Results 200 cases of patients were ≤ 110% magnification, the distortion rate of ≤ 6%. 100 cases of lower extremity full-length X-ray photography, the successful splicing in 98 cases (98.0%), patients moved to create stitches in 2 cases (2.0%), scale accurate measurement of 99 cases (99.0%). 50 cases of hip posterior lateral photography, scale accurate measurement of 49 cases (98.0%). Fifty cases of shoulder joint orthopedic X-ray photography, scale accurate measurement of 48 cases (96.0%). Conclusion X-ray photography scale as the auxiliary medium of X-ray photography, combined with full-length photographic technique of limbs and other large photogrammetry, has high accuracy in digital X-ray image measurement and has certain clinical value.
