BRCA1基因(breast and ovarian cancer susceptibility gene)是乳腺癌发生的易感基因,在调节细胞周期进程、DNA损伤修复、细胞生长与凋亡及转录活化与抑制等多种生物学途径都起重要作用[1].我们应用PCR-SSCP和DNA测序技术检测BRC A1基因的突变,探讨广西乳腺癌BRCA1基因突变的特点。
