1947年Calder报道了烟酸有改善离体兔心传导阻滞的作用.国内张氏也做了这力面的实验工作,证实烟酸确有改善由哇巴因、氯化钾、奎尼丁所造成的离体兔心和豚鼠心的房室传导阻滞的作用.目前,仅就笔者查到的资料,尚未见有应用烟酸治疗完全性房室传导阻滞的临床报道.我们对一位应用异丙基肾上腺素,阿托品以及中药治疗无效的完全性房室传导阻滞的患者,投予大剂量烟酸治疗取得了满意的疗效.现将治疗经过报告如下.
