Immunohistochemical studies on normal and inflammatory pulp of breast and permanent teeth showed that Mψ and OKM-1 positive cells in inflammatory pulp increased significantly compared with normal pulp, but there was no significant difference between milk and permanent teeth. The group of OKM-1 positive cells in the acute episode of chronic pulpitis was significantly higher than that of chronic pulpitis. T cells scattered in the central area of normal pulp, CD_4 / CD_8 = 0.55 to CD_8-positive cells, no B cells. Inflammatory dental pulp T cells significantly increased, CD_4 / CD_8 = 1.15, CD_4 cells predominance, T cells: B cells = 2.31. The number of B cells in acute episode of chronic pulpitis was higher than that of chronic pulpitis group. The number of T cells in permanent tooth inflammation group was higher than that of deciduous dental pulp group.
