幼教课程改革的不断深入,对幼儿教师的专业水平提出了更高的要求。随着我园规模的不断扩大,青年教师已成为我园教师队伍的主要力量,她们的教育思想观念决定课程改革的方向和性质。为此,我园积极探索园本研修的内容与方式,营造有利于我园青年教师专业成长的园本文化。所谓园本研修,就是指以本园为研究基地,以教师为研究的主体,以教师在幼儿教育教学实践中遇到的真实问题为研
Kindergarten curriculum reform deepening, Kindergarten teachers of professional standards put forward higher requirements.
