经营调度是推行“四位一体”经营机制的关键,是企业练内功、聚内力、挖内潜的重要组织手段。我矿按照“早起步,高起点,加快新井两化建设”的指导思想,自1990年开始对全矿的生产经营活动实行经营调度,经过一年的发展,逐步形成了正常情况日调度、特殊情况及时调度、存在问题有分析、典型问题有总结、离散偏差有调控手段的经营调度管理体系,及时掌握了全矿当天发生的生产经营活动情况,为领导决策提供了依据,较好地发挥了经营调度的预测、调控和协调作用。
