利用蒙特卡罗方法,依据双区域模型对某涂料生产车间内的苯暴露情况进行模拟预测,得到空气中苯浓度值的概率分布图,并将模拟结果与现场实测数据进行对比,以验证数学模拟方法的准确性。结果显示,由本文数学模型预测得到投料罐附近空气中苯浓度值为4.15~48.73mg/m3,均值为17.58mg/m3。现场实测浓度值为1.63~54.30mg/m3,均值为14.61mg/m3。本方法可以比较准确地预测工作环境中有害物质的暴露水平。
The Monte-Carlo method was used to simulate the benzene exposure in a paint shop according to the two-area model to get the probability distribution of benzene concentration in the air. The simulation results were compared with the field data to verify the mathematical simulation The accuracy of the method. The results show that the benzene concentration in the air near the feed tank predicted by this mathematical model is 4.15 ~ 48.73mg / m3 with an average value of 17.58mg / m3. The actual measured concentration was 1.63 ~ 54.30mg / m3, with an average value of 14.61mg / m3.
